John Hanley has dedicated his professional life to creating, researching, and delivering innovative educational programs for the general public and corporate clients for more than 50 years. He is the Co-founder since the early 70's of transformation. More than 7 million individuals from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America have taken part in the trainings.

Dr. John Hanley graduated in 1971 from Milwaukee Economics at the University of Wisconsin; a month after finishing his undergraduate degree, he was invited to Alexander Everett's Mind Dynamic program to start learning coaching / training. In less than a year after graduation, Everet promoted Hanley to National Field Director, responsible for all training, enrollment, and operations in the US 30.

Managing 34 coaches, including butler esposito Steward Emery, Tom Wilhite, Charlene Afermow, Randy Revell, they all became superstars of transformation.

In December 1973, Hanley partnered with Randy Revell to create Basic training, that began in early 1974, after which Hanley was elected to be the president and CEO, responsible for vision and training, staffing and training, and operations.
In 1977, Hanley had 15 permanent trainers, 5 trainers in training, 64 full-time trainees, and 6 successful center operations and 24,000 clients.

In 1978 Hanley returned to being the author of The Transformational Contextual Game Changer, the leadership program proved to be the platform for transformation. Est and Later Landmark, copied the 3-tier model; Additionally, the leadership enabled Hanley to train thousands of volunteers in the age of transformation.

Hanley and his students discovered the set of underlying assumptions by which we live our lives with the vision of being bigger than ourselves, being responsible leaders to do everything, working for everyone, and being transformation out of context.

The overwhelming feedback from scientific research and hundreds of thousands of participants indicates that Dr. John Hanley's work was unprecedentedly successful. Beginning with the founding of Lifespring in 1974, Dr. John Hanley pioneered one of the most influential experiential education movements in modern history.

Editors have told him he's one of the top 5 personal / transformational trainers in the US; Furthermore, studies conducted in the 1980s by researchers at Berkeley, Stanford, and UCSF, including Lee Ross, Morton Lieberman, and Irvin Yalom, found that an overwhelming majority of participants in these trainings rated them "extremely valuable."
